British rock band of brothers Oasis. Noel and Liam Gallagher announced on Tuesday that they will return to the stage in 2025 after a 15-year break.
The Britpop band, known for their timeless hits such as “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger”, have announced that the tour will begin on 4 and 5 July 2025 in Cardiff, Wales, before moving on to four dates in Manchester, four at Wembley Stadium in London, two in Edinburgh and two in Dublin, where the tour will end on 17 August.
The band says tickets for the tour will go on sale at 9am on Saturday.
According to the band’s website, “preparations are underway to bring Oasis Live ’25 to other continents later next year.”
Oasis split in 2009 after years of internal strife, with Noel Gallagher officially leaving the band shortly before performing at a festival near Paris.
Even before their breakup, the brothers had a difficult relationship for a long time, and they did not speak to each other for years after the breakup.
Although the Gallagher brothers have not performed together since, they both regularly perform Oasis songs at their solo concerts.
Rumours of a possible reunion intensified over the weekend when Liam Gallagher responded on social media to unconfirmed reports that the band were playing London’s Wembley Stadium and Manchester’s Heaton Park.
Oasis have performed in Portugal several times already.
