The Sudanese army, in a statement, accused the SAR of “shelling a French embassy convoy, which led to its return and interruption of the withdrawal process” after more than a week spent trapped in the conflict.

“While the convoy was leaving under the cover of our forces, it was subjected to a treacherous attack by the coup forces (army), and the Rapid Support Forces responded to the attack and shot down the plane,” the FAR wrote in its message. official twitter account. .
