But already in November 2019, an identical contract was signed, aimed at “acquiring an architectural project for the reconstruction and partial conversion of a thermal building in Caldas de Aregos.”
This contract brought Paulo Moura 72 thousand euros plus VAT. In total, the architect earned 106,800 euros with the municipality of Resende alone. If we add the municipalities of Carraceda de Ansiaes, Mesan Frio and Vila Pouca de Aguiar, the figure rises to 221,600 euros.
