The government approved this Decree-Law in the Council of Ministers this Thursday, which, as it explained, aims to increase the capacity and speed of justice in these areas.
According to the government, “the impact of these changes directly contributes to the goal of increasing the responsiveness of the administrative and tax jurisdiction, making it more efficient, faster and more transparent.”
