Frequent episodes of domestic violence and stalking by a 17-year-old boy against his 16-year-old girlfriend only ended when she ended the relationship. But he never made that decision and, as revenge and an attempt to humiliate him, he created fake social media profiles to share intimate photos of the victim with his friends: so-called revenge pornography. The situation only ended now when the young man was arrested by the Aveiro police.
The aggressor and the victim are students of the same school, although in different classes. The final months of their relationship were marked by physical attacks. He did not accept the breakup motivated by violence and published intimate photographs of the victim on social networks. The court acted after a complaint from a minor, and the boy is accused of pornography of minors and domestic violence.
The detainee, a city resident, appeared in court. He was released, but was prohibited from contacting the victim and approaching the girl’s place of residence. You must also be under medical supervision.
