The accused, a university student living in Santa Maria da Feira, is accused of committing 1,165 offenses of pornography against minors in the course of real competition.

The prosecutor’s indictment states that, from at least May 2017 to August 2018, the defendant devoted himself to obtaining, apprehending and distributing and then exchanging photographs and videos of pornographic content among minors under the age of 16 and 14 years. . including “on the lap” of children under 2 years old.
According to investigators, the defendant shared the aforementioned files with thousands of people through the OMEGLE platform, which is used to connect anyone with other anonymous people over the Internet.
In addition to imprisonment, the deputy asked to be sentenced to additional punishments in the form of a ban on engaging in a profession, work, functions or activities in which minors are involved, as well as a ban on trusting minors and restrictions on parental responsibilities.
