Clovis Abreu, suspected of murdering PSP agent Fabio Guerra, surrenders to justice this Saturday. The information was transmitted this afternoon to the Central Directorate of Investigation and Prosecution (DIAP) via email sent by lawyer Anibal Pinto.
The lawyer drew up a power of attorney and realized that Clovis would not return to Portugal until Saturday morning. He could be heard by a judge that same day.
Remember, Clovis said he was going to surrender voluntarily, but that didn’t happen.
The Spanish police even raised an alarm because there were suspicions that the man was in Spain. Former marines Claudio Coimbra and Vadim Grinko were sentenced to 20 and 17 years in prison, respectively, for the agent’s death.
PSP agent Fabio Guerra, 26 years old, died on March 21, 2022 in the San José hospital in Lisbon due to “serious brain injuries” resulting from attacks he suffered outside the Mome nightclub in Alcántara while he was out and about . service.
