This Monday, the PSD/CDS coalition signed a parliamentary advocacy agreement with the PAN that will govern Madeira. Absolute majority in regional legislative elections this Sunday fled to The SDP has one deputy, electing a total of 23.
For PAN, the priorities of the Madeira government include the introduction of a tourist tax throughout the autonomous region, a health card for Porto Santenses, free vaccines for animals, a health center in Caniço, the creation of self-employment houses for victims of domestic violence, traditional Madeiran art in vocational schools, renewal support for housing rents, support for the sterilization of all animals, a single pass for Madeira buses and support for organic farmers.
Let us recall that during the election campaign, the leader of the PSD of Madeira said that he would refuse to govern the country without an absolute majority. However, Miguel Albuquerque refused to step down from the leadership of the regional government, and the options included the Liberal Initiative and the PAN, with the decision being based on the latter party.
