The euro was celebrated with Marco Captain Ferreira.

According to the weekly, Paulo Branco said that then-Defense Minister João Gomes Craviño “agreed” or even “asked” to sign a consultancy contract with Captain Ferreira to compensate him and “make up for lost bills” for work done. in the “ghost commission” operating within the confines of his office.
