A 75-year-old man was detained by the Judicial Police (JP) on suspicion of committing several crimes against sexual freedom and self-determination against two minors, aged eight and 15, from his family circle. The events took place in Ollana.
According to the SP, the first major sexual activities began in 2022, when the foreign victims went to live in Portugal with their mother.
The sexual predator, who regularly visited the families of minors, sexually abused the girls on several occasions, always on occasions when he was alone with them.
The crimes continued until a complaint was filed with the judicial police, “officially registered by the mother of colleagues who attended the same educational institution as the victims, to whom the facts were conveyed.”
The detainee will attend a court hearing on Tuesday to apply any coercive measures he deems appropriate.
