Following heavy rains this Sunday which caused trees to fall, the warning level in the Faro area is now changing from orange to yellow, according to information available on the IPMA website, which forecasts that there could be waves of four or four until 23:00 .5 meters.
With the exception of this region, the map of mainland Portugal goes completely green again and the yellow warning that existed for Beja has disappeared.
On the island of Madeira, IPMA issued two more yellow warnings also due to rough seas: for Porto Santo due to forecast waves of four to five meters and for the north coast due to waves from the northwest of four meters. up to five meters. .
