Three men, one aged thirty and two aged 21, were arrested by the PSP in Pedruglia, Coimbra, on suspicion of drug trafficking.
During a police patrol, PSP agents noticed a strong odor of hashish coming from a car parked next to a building under construction in the Pedruglia area of Coimbra, where three friends were present.
The police approached the suspects and conducted a search, during which about 500 doses of various drugs and money were seized from the car and from the suspects.
The group had 408 individual packages of hashish and three other types of illegal substances in smaller quantities, such as cocaine, liamba, ecstasy and 650 euros in cash.
The facts were forwarded to the prosecutor’s office as part of an investigation carried out by the PSP, during which three suspects were identified and charged: one 30-year-old and two 21-year-olds.
