PSD MP Joaquim Pinto Moreira, who was raided as part of Operation Whirlwind, declined this Wednesday to say whether he intends to remain vice president of the judiciary and chair of the constitutional review commission.
Answering questions from journalists in Parliament at the end of the meeting between the Bureau and the coordinators of this possible commission, Pinto Moreira sent all the clarifications in a communiqué he issued on Tuesday afternoon, which did not mention these political issues.
“With all due respect to your work, but yesterday I made a statement in the communique, and I refer to the communique, which is absolutely clear, I look forward with serenity to the development of justice, with which I will cooperate if necessary,” he said.
