The President of the Republic released the diploma confirming the Integrated System for the Assessment of Public Administration Performance (SIADAP), despite “several reservations regarding the systematic framework, content and formulation”, the Presidential Administration announced this Thursday.
“Despite some reservations regarding the systematic framework, content and formulation, taking into account some, albeit limited, steps contained in this diploma, the President of the Republic has published a diploma that addresses an integrated system of management and performance assessment in public administration,” it says in a note published on the president’s website.
The agreement on the assessment of public administration workers was signed on November 27 by the government, the Federation of Civil Service Trade Unions (Fesap) and the State Technical Staff Trade Union (STE), without taking into account the Common Front.
