Topping the list: Paulo Moniz in the Azores, Emidio Sousa in Aveiro, Gonçalo Valente in Beja, Hugo Soares in Braga, Hernani Dias in Bragança, Liliana Reis in Castelo Branco, Rita Giudice in Coimbra, Sonia Ramos in Évora, Miguel Pinto Luz in Faro, Dulcinea Moura in Guarda, Telmo Faria in Leiria, Luis Montenegro in Lisbon, Pedro Coelho in Madeira, Rogerio Silva in Portalegre, Miguel Guimarães in Porto, Eduardo Oliveira and Souza in Santarem, Teresa Morais in Setúbal, José Pedro Aguiar Branco in Viana do Castelo, Amilcar Almeida in Vila Real and António Leitan Amaro in Viseu.
