The body of a woman aged between 30 and 40 years was discovered in the early hours of Thursday afternoon in an isolated well in Oware. The warning was issued by a member of the public.
The corpse, which was in a state of severe decomposition, was tied to two suitcases, inside of which there were stones.
For what CM As it turned out, the woman still had large stones under her clothes and was wearing gloves.
The body was recovered, subjected to a first examination by a scientific team and taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Aveiro for an autopsy.
In the area where this discovery was made, two women went missing: one disappeared about 14 days ago, and the other was Murtosa’s pregnant woman, Monica Silva.
The hypothesis that the body found belonged to Monica Silva has already been ruled out. According to a Judicial Police (PJ) source, initial investigations show that the victim found was not pregnant and did not wear braces like the 33-year-old woman.
The degree of decomposition of the corpse also shows that the victim died no more than two weeks ago.
Owara Firefighters, GNR, PSP, Owara Medical Ambulance and RCMP were at the scene and are investigating the case.
