Overall, 206.5 million listings were blocked or removed for violating the “fraudulent misrepresentation” policy, which includes “scam” tactics (schemes aimed at obtaining financial advantage through lies), and 273 were blocked or removed 0.4 million ads. for violating the financial services policy. More than a billion ads were also removed for violating the ad network’s Abuse Policy, including promoting “malware.”
