The owner and employee of a cafe in Lumiara in Lisbon were shot in the shoulder and elbow on Sunday evening. It was about a dispute with a client over a scratch card.
For what CM As it turned out, the man, who was a regular customer of the establishment, bought a scratch card and was warned by the owner that he should not scratch the paper on the counter. Once instructed, he left the premises, removed his weapon and re-entered, ultimately firing.
“There was no attempted robbery or anything. The client simply misinterpreted the reprimand,” said the witness. CM.
The alarm came at 21:20. The Public Security Police (PSP) and the Judicial Police (PJ) were called to the scene. The suspect is on the run.
The shooting was recorded on CCTV cameras. The victims were taken to the hospital.
