Government program to check pay gap between men and women

To try to achieve this goal, the executive promises to “consider the possibility of equalizing post-natal maternity leave and paternity leave”, “promote initiatives to strengthen mechanisms for monitoring wage inequality between men and women” and “review legislation” on “parity between men and women.” in the management bodies of public companies and listed companies, as well as in senior positions in government bodies.”

The Government believes that in order to promote equality between women and men at work, it is necessary to “adopt measures that actively promote the role of the father in the family, that promote flexible use of time and working conditions (revision of legislation on flexible working hours). hours, remote work and parental leave), and which promote female leadership at work and in the profession by tightening legislation on quotas in access to leadership and management positions.”

Thus, the executive branch promises to “create a national plan to support all young people with disabilities in the transition from school to the labor market, which includes their professionalization and guarantee of support for the young person and his family at this stage”, as well as how to publish “a basic law on disability and Inclusiveness, which codifies existing legislation and addresses key issues.
