CMTV interviewed all the list leaders in the European elections

A CMTV On May 13, a series of major interviews will begin with the leaders of the list in the European elections, which will be held on June 9. In-depth and extensive interviews will take place on the channel “Grande Jornal da Noite” and will be conducted by journalist José Carlos Castro.

The main European topics that concern the Portuguese will be on the table, without forgetting national politics.

A series of meetings with the leaders of the main lists of the European elections will begin on May 13 (Monday) and end on May 24 (Friday). The participation of João Cotrim de Figueiredo of the Liberal Initiative (IL) has already been confirmed and was the first to give an interview, followed on the 14th by Pedro Fidalgo Márquez of PAN.

On the 20th, José Carlos Castro interviews João Oliveira of the PCP, and the next day, the 21st, he receives António Tangier Correa, head of the Chegi list.

Francisco Pauperio from Livre and Catarina Martins from the Bloc de Esquerda (BE) on the 15th and 17th, as well as Marta Temido from the Socialist Party (PS) and Sebastian Bugallo from the Democratic Alliance (AD), closing the preliminary campaign, there are also dates, but they are not yet not confirmed.


PS and AD reject RTP, SIC and TVI
PS and AD refused to hold televised debates between all parties on RTP, SIC and TVI as part of the European elections. We are talking about models offered by three channels, the so-called “face to face”. Socialists and Social Democrats point to the tight campaign schedule and expect different patterns.
