A 46-year-old man was arrested by PSP after he assaulted the victim and squeezed her neck in an attempt to commit sexual assault. He was taken to court and released.
The woman was treated for her injuries. The crime occurred at 5:10 am. The victim reported that the manager was drunk and, when they were both closing the establishment, he sexually harassed her and demanded acts of a sexual nature.
The woman called her boyfriend and asked him for help. The boss became aggressive, pressuring her for sex, and they got into a physical confrontation. He squeezed the victim’s neck to prevent her from escaping, and she attacked him with a chair to escape.
