The head of the AD list, Sebastian Bugalho, said this Friday that he looks at the polls “with optimism and hope”, despite the fact that he believes that they were aimed more at “comments” than at voters.
“Obviously we pay attention to this, but mainly we are focused on getting our message out to the people and I think the polls are more of a commentary exercise than for those who want to submit to the Portuguese vote and are focused on serving the Portuguese “, he said. Head of the Democratic Alliance list for the European elections.
Asked about the results of the latest Catholic University poll for RTP, Antena 1 and Público, in which PS recovers and leads AD by two points, Sebastian Bugalho declined to comment and promised to continue “working every day to earn the trust and voice of the Portuguese.”
“I look at the results of the polls with optimism and hope, but I will not stop working for the Portuguese vote until election day,” added the head of the AD list.
Sebastian Bugallo began the last day of the election campaign with a visit to the university residence in the center of Porto, where he met with several students and raised a toast to “housing for young people and the restoration of historical centers.”

The head of the AD list assured journalists that in the European Parliament he intends to defend “the elevation of the right to housing as a universal right in the Charter of Fundamental Rights.”
“We are going to the European Parliament with great motivation to advocate for raising the right to housing as a universal right in the Charter of Fundamental Rights, to help more student accommodation like this,” he added.
