After leaving TAP, the ex-CEO promises to sue the GF

The now rehabilitated TAP CEO guarantees that she will “cancel all legal consequences” for what she calls “discriminatory behavior” on the part of the General Financial Inspectorate, which caused her “perplexity”.

Christine Urmier-Widener’s threat is reflected in a controversial IGF report on the disputed compensation paid to Alexandra Reis when she left the airline.

“The defendant expresses her bewilderment to learn that, unfortunately, she was the only person directly heard in the audit who was not heard in person at the Inspector General of Finance (IGF),” accuses Urmier-Widener.

The tone of the complaint becomes harsher in the following sentence: “This discriminatory behavior on the part of the IGF is duly recorded, and in due time it will not fail to reverse all legal consequences.”
