Thiago Pacheco, who collided with a car carrying Ivo Lucas and Sara Carreira after it overturned, is also on trial for dangerous driving. Ivo Lucas will be charged with the same crime.
In court, the judge stated that at the time of the accident the floor was in good condition and without groundwater, and that the fado singer Cristina Branco did not deviate in time, as did Ivo Lucas.
The singer was driving at a speed of 130 km / h and did not slow down, approaching the immobilized car. The car collided while trying to deviate and stopped 66 meters from the crash site.
