Sergio Monteiro, former Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications in the government of Passos Coelho, is being proposed by Actium Capital shareholders Paulo Fernandez and Caderno Azul João Borges de Oliveira to join Greenvolt’s “board”, according to a statement sent to CMVM on Thursday evening. This proposal involves the expansion of the board of directors of the company, headed by Joao Manso Neto, from 11 to 12 members.
There is also a proposal to former ADSE President Sofia Portela to enter the company’s management, replacing Celine. Dora Judith Abecassis-Moedas, who stepped down as a non-executive director of Greenvolt this Thursday.
The name of the former president of ADSE is proposed by the shareholders of Livrefluxo, owned by Domingos Vieira de Matus, director of Altri, and 1 Thing Investments, owned by Pedro Borges de Oliveira.
The proposals will be discussed and voted by shareholders at the General Meeting of the company scheduled for April 28.
