YouTuber Thiago Paiva, who insulted the Prime Minister from the pulpit of Parliament, posted a video on YouTube this Wednesday clarifying the disagreement and justifying the action based on one of the meanings of the word he insulted António Costa.
“C***** was a basket that was on the masts of a caravel, that is, it was the worst position for sailors at that time. Whenever someone did something wrong, the captain sent him to c** *** *. Why? Because it was the highest place, the most uncomfortable place to stay, the most dangerous place,” he begins with an explanation, referring to the fact that deputies, the government and the media need to have a Portuguese lesson.
“When I told Kostya to go to shit, it was, of course, a metaphor. Metaphorically, if there was shit where he could visualize the horizon and see everything going on in Portugal. over the past 30 years, with this PS lobby, he might have realized that the best thing to do would be to retire. He and the entire government that is burying us and pouring money into TAP,” he concluded.
In a video titled “I apologize to the Portuguese,” the YouTuber says he has already been threatened several times to remove videos of him insulting the prime minister. Despite guarantees that he wouldn’t, Thiago Paiva made only one exception to make it happen. “If I could go to jail for six months and the government would bail me out, I would go for everyone,” he emphasizes.
“I have to apologize to all the Portuguese who saw my video and that part of the video, because in fact I sent Costa to hell, and I should have sent the whole government to hell. ****,” he adds.
The YouTuber also announced on the social network Instagram that from 18:00 this Thursday on sale will be a T-shirt in which Thiago Paiva and Antonio Costa are present in the caravel, as well as a phrase said in the Assembly of the Republic, which was the subject of discussion.
Recall that the YouTuber was invited by the Liberal Initiative to visit Parliament on April 26. The party has already come to apologize for what happened.
