A woman in her 70s died Tuesday in a three-car collision in Ovar.
A couple in their 70s suffered minor injuries in the same accident. The injured were taken by ambulance from Ovar to the Santa Maria da Feira hospital. The fourth victim refused hospitalization.
Around 4:30 p.m., the Ovar fire department received a traffic accident warning on Avenida da Régua. The death was recorded by the ambulance and resuscitation team of the Santa Maria da Feira medical vehicle.
The Criminal Investigation Department of the PSP was called to Aveiro to investigate the causes of the violent accident.
The body was taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Aveiro.
