A 20-year-old man was arrested at 2 am this Sunday by GNR officers in Arraiolos, Évora, for stabbing three other people in a fight that took place near a trading establishment in the parish of Igreginha.
This was announced by an official source of GNR. cm that the warning was given shortly after 02:00. “The reasons for the start of the riots are unknown, but they started inside the bar,” the person in charge explained.
Bladed attacks have already taken place abroad. According to a Civil Protection source, a 34-year-old man was seriously injured. Two young men aged 18 and 15 are considered slightly injured.
All three were taken to the Évora hospital, as was the aggressor. The GNR patrol from Arraiolos, who arrived at the scene, caught him still nearby and arrested him. The young man had a murder weapon with him, which was seized.
A GNR soldier was pushed while trying to end the riot and suffered minor injuries. He was also treated at a hospital in Évora.
