A 74-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman were accused of running an illegal kindergarten on Avenida Comendador Silvio Sousa, next to the Lusitânia Futebol Clube de Lourosa stadium, in Santa Maria da Feira. Both are suspected of child and child abuse.
The GNR said in a statement that after an investigation into child abuse, it was determined that 13 children aged between five months and six years who were considered at risk were attending the nursery.
