Spanish police use method to catch drivers who slow down before reaching the radar

Spain has a radar system that can detect and penalize drivers who drive too fast and brake before they even pass through the device. They are called cascading radars and this technique is increasingly being used by the Spanish General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).
