famous Russian soldier Vladlen Tatarsky, died this Sunday in an explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg, Russia, according to Reuters.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has already confirmed the death of a soldier and reported 16 wounded. Tatarsky, whose real name is Maksim Fomin, had over 560,000 Telegram followers and was a major military digital authority. He was regularly critical of Russia’s war in Ukraine.
The cafe that was attacked once belonged to Evgeny Prigozhinao, founder of the Russian paramilitary militia, the Wagner group.
