The GNR Póvoa de Lanhoso arrested two men, aged 22 and 52, at dawn this Thursday, who robbed the parish hall of Santo Emilian in this municipality. The elder is still on parole.
However, the judge who heard them in the Povoa de Lagnoso court decided to grant summary judgment and released the duo without any coercive action.
The complaint was received by GNR at around 3:30 am this Wednesday. The military immediately moved to the scene and surprised the duo inside the space they had entered with several drinks already on them.
The military later arrived to verify that the car they were using had been stolen a few hours earlier in Barcelos. They spent the night at the post and were presented to the judge in the first half of the day.
for what cm As it turned out, the eldest of the two detainees, a native of Famalican, had recently been released from prison after serving part of a 13-year prison sentence.
The two men, both without a job or permanent residence, met in prison.
