José Luis Carneiro, Minister of the Interior (MAI), has issued a decree to close the Dice Club disco in Vilamoura, Algarve, for a period of no more than six months due to constant disrespect from the establishment.
This refers to GNR’s proposal to close the disco after “consecutive and serious disturbances of public order over the past year” that occurred inside the disco and in the associated parking lot.
In the latest incident, which took place on May 14, edged weapons were used.
The reopening of the space depends on the “restoration of on-site safety conditions and the normal functioning of the disco” proposed by GNR.
