The decision was taken during a national meeting of the security forces, which took place in Lisbon and was organized by the Permanent Coordinating Committee (PCC) of unions and associations of members of the security forces and professional services, a body that brings together the most representative trade unions. and homeland security associations.
“Immediately, it was decided to hold protests the week before and during WYD,” said César Nogueira, national secretary of the Permanent Coordinating Commission, who is also president of the Association of Professional Guards (APG/GNR).
