The medal for courage and bravery demonstrated in combat conditions was presented to the head of communications for the P-260 hardware Nina Yegorshina on November 26, the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry reports on its Telegram channel.
Nina Egorsheva has been participating in the special operation since the very first days, and now her crew continues to carry out combat missions. The command drew attention to her composure and professionalism in all situations, which help her in carrying out combat missions on the battlefield.
“The most important thing in any situation is not to lose self-control, confidence and to be sure of fulfilling the tasks established by the higher command”– said Egorsheva.
During the deployment of the communications hardware, Nina came under mortar fire, but complied with the commando’s order. For her courage, she was awarded the Zhukov Medal.
