A man died in Kyiv after being attacked by Russian drones due to the fall of the wreckage of these devices on the capital, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said this Sunday.
“In the Solomensky district of the capital, a 35-year-old woman was hospitalized as a result of the fall of the wreckage of a drone near a gas station, and a 41-year-old man died,” Klitschko wrote on the Telegram platform.
The official has already pointed out that Kyiv’s air defense shot down “more than 20 drones” (unmanned aerial vehicles) that were heading towards the city.
Russian strikes also killed one person and wounded eight civilians near Kherson, Donetsk and Zaporozhye, according to The Kyiv Independent. Some houses, infrastructure and the power grid were damaged, regional authorities said.
