Cottage cheese of unknown origin was found in one of the hypermarkets in Rostov-on-Don. The relevant information was published on June 6 on the website of the Rosselkhoznadzor Interregional Department of the North Caucasus.
Information was posted on Mercury’s electronic system that the Nalchik dairy plant allegedly produced more than 3.6 kilograms of Chaban cottage cheese from 3.6 grams of raw material. Cottage cheese entered the Rostov hypermarket.
“It is physically impossible to produce such volumes of products from the declared raw materials, which indicates the introduction into circulation of products of unknown origin”— declared in the message of Rosselkhoznadzor.
This company has done this more than once. So, on May 15, the plant “produced” 28.8 kilograms of Chaban cottage cheese from 8 grams of pasteurized milk. The products were sent to Chechnya.
The plant was warned not to violate the mandatory requirements of the law.
