A Florida woman is suing multinational Kraft Heinz for $5 million, alleging her famous macaroni and cheese takes longer to cook than it says on the packaging.

Lawyers for the plaintiff argue that the company is selling the product at a “substantially high price” while using “misleading” “ready in three and a half minutes” information in the instructions for use.
Ramirez says the package label should account for the extra preparation needed before and after the product is microwaved for 3.5 minutes.
