Only 51% of the population of the Volyn region of Ukraine has electricity, the head of the regional military administration Yuriy Pogulyaiko wrote on November 30 on his Telegram channel.
“In the Volyn region, 51% of all consumers are connected to the network. There is power shortage in the unified power grid”he said.
According to him, with the usual demand of the Volyn region of 350 MW, today the region receives only 196.6 MW of power.
Remember that due to power supply shortages throughout Ukraine, emergency power cuts apply.
Large-scale blackouts across Ukraine began after the Russian Aerospace Forces launched missile attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure facilities. The attacks have been inflicted since October 10 in response to the Ukrainian terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge.
Last week, after a massive strike in the Ukraine, there was a complete blackout. This created significant problems in military logistics, hampered the transfer of troops, the supply of foreign military equipment and ammunition.
