According to The New York Times, a top-secret network of sonar and underwater sensors used to detect enemy submarines off the US coast picked up noise “corresponding to an explosion” Sunday morning at a location close to the last known location. the position of the Titanic and around the same time that the mother ship lost contact with the submersible that disappeared while diving into the wreckage of the Titanic at a depth of more than 3,800 meters.
