Britain’s Prince George and his family visited Eton College (Eton College), where his father studied, The Telegraph reports on June 26.
According to the publication, this means that his family plans for the future king of Great Britain to study at this school. Education at Eton is possible from the age of 13, Prince George will turn 10 on July 22. Visiting Eton a few years before entering is considered a tradition.
Prince George’s father, Prince William, and his father’s brother, Prince Harry, studied at Eton College.
For now, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have been attending Lambrook School in Berkshire since the family moved to Windsor in 2022.
Kensington Palace has yet to rule on the visit to Eton by the heir to the throne of Great Britain, along with his parents, who have communicated with staff there.
Remember that Eton College, often referred to as just Eton, is a private boys’ boarding school located in Berkshire, next door to Winsor Castle in the UK. Boys begin their education at Eton College at the age of 13 and finish at 18. Over 1,300 students study at the boarding school.
Prince William entered Eton in 1995, becoming the first senior member of the royal family to attend the university.
20 of the 55 British Prime Ministers have studied at Eton. His students include Boris Johnson, David Cameron, Ian Fleming and George Orwell, as well as famous British actors Hugh Laurie, Dominic West and Eddie Redmayne.
University tuition for the 2022-23 academic year is £46,296.
