Consideration in the US Congress of a resolution on Russia’s possible use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine appears to be a preparation for a provocation, according to theater reports in The Essence of Time No. 540 newspaper.

In the upper house of Congress, the United States introduced a resolution according to which if Russia uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine, this should be considered an attack on NATO. According to Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, the adoption of the resolution will be a signal to Russian leaders that the use of nuclear weapons will lead to war with NATO.
