The resolution on the agreement on the opening of representative offices of the customs services of Uzbekistan and Russia was signed by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the resolution was published on July 14 on the legal documents portal.
“Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the opening of representative offices of the customs services of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, signed on December 2, 2022 in the city from Samarkand”according to the sentence.

At the same time, the responsibility for the implementation of this agreement is assigned to the customs committee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan.
It is specified that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic shall send its notification to Russia on the implementation of all relevant internal procedures.
The decree also states that Uzbekistan’s head of government, Abdulla Aripov, will monitor the implementation of the decree.
