A woman has been arrested for ordering the murder of João Ramos, a man found dead this Thursday near the A13 junction in Miranda do Corvo.
A man was also detained on suspicion of murder, and another is on the run. These foreign-born men lived in a rented room in Penela and frequented the pastry shop where detainee Joana Batista worked.
