Justin Vicky, a 33-year-old bodybuilder and influencer, has died after being crushed by a 210-pound barbell while trying to squat. The tragedy occurred on July 15 at The Paradise Bali gym in Indonesia.
In accordance with daily mail, the bar landed on Justine’s neck and she fell to the ground, unconscious. According to doctors, his neck was broken and there was a critical compression of the vital nerves connecting the heart and lungs.
The man was taken to the hospital and underwent emergency surgery. Despite the best efforts of the medical staff, the bodybuilder died from his injuries.
Justine Vicki had an Instagram account with over 30,000 followers where she shared her workout routines.
Paradise Bali Gym paid tribute on social media. “To our dear Justin: Your impact on our lives is immeasurable. Your legacy will live on in the countless lives you have touched, the transformations you have inspired, and the love and passion you have poured into every moment spent together. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will forever remain in our hearts,” they wrote.
