A boy from the Irkutsk region, who received horrific injuries after a strong electric shock, received compensation of two million rubles, the region’s prosecutor’s office reports on December 8.
In 2017, an 8-year-old boy from the village of Ust-Ordynsky saw the open door of a transformer substation and, not understanding all the danger, decided to touch the electrical “filling”.
The child was hospitalized. The doctors saved the student’s life, but they couldn’t leave his hand. She had to be amputated.
At present, due to the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, compensation has been taken from the owner of the transformer substation. The family of the victim was paid 2 million rubles.
Let us remember that on December 7, 2022, compensation was paid to the injured girl. In 2021, she was walking through one of the Irkutsk parks, where a metal structure fell on top of her. The family of the victim was paid 1 million rubles.
