Edmilson Rocha and his girlfriend Elda, both born in Cape Verde but naturalized Portuguese as children, have been missing since Sunday after a fire in the French Riviera town of Grasse left three people dead and three others seriously injured.
Relatives cannot yet find them and are waiting for the results of the DNA of the dead – two of them – a man and a woman, whose bodies were unrecognizable.
