“The high-speed craft was identified and inspected by the Portuguese Air Force and was pursued by two naval assets and three high-speed craft: one by the Navy, operated by marines, and two manned by agents of the Maritime Police,” the statement said. a note.
The Portuguese authorities are also ensuring “uninterrupted” anti-drug-trafficking missions in the Algarve, with 66 arrests since the beginning of the year.
