Angola’s oil exports are set to rise to 1.18 million bpd in October, the highest level since July, financial news agency Bloomberg reported.
Angola will export 1.18 million barrels of oil in October, compared to this month’s forecast of 1.047 million barrels per day, according to Bloomberg, which cites the final cargo manifest.
For October, the final program provides for 38 shipments totaling 36.52 million barrels of oil, given that one of the shipments scheduled for September was eventually postponed to October.
In the second quarter of 2023, Angola exported a total of 94 million barrels of oil at a weighted average price of $76 (€68) and attracted $7.1 billion (€6.5 billion).
The most recent data on the implementation of exports of crude oil and gas from Angola for the second quarter of 2023 was presented at the end of July by the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas of Angola.
According to the ministry, the volume of crude oil exports increased by 6.71% compared to the previous quarter and decreased by 9.47% compared to the same quarter.
