The Spanish Civil Guard discovered this Friday morning in Aldeia del Fresno, Spain, the bodies of two men missing after flooding caused by Hurricane DANA. In accordance with 20 minutesRescue teams have been searching for the two men since their disappearance on Sunday.
The first body belongs to a man who appeared at the scene of the work of the rescue teams from the moment they received the signal about the disappearance. According to the Spanish Civil Guard, the man was found near the Aberche River, which overflowed its banks due to heavy rains. The body of the missing person had to be taken out by helicopter so that he would later be identified.
According to the government delegation, the body of another missing person was found around 12:30 local time (11:30 Portugal time) in the same place.
Aldea del Fresno is one of the places hardest hit by the heavy rainfall caused by Hurricane DANA.
